I wrote this song like i write them all,It starts with a riff or bass line or even a simple sound, And i just continue to build on it.Once this song was finished it had a very obvious patriotic feel.I can write lyrics but i don’t really sing,so i tried something else.The JFK “conspiracy speech” and it fit the sound well.On April 27 1961 JFK gave this speech, whats scary is this.The speech could have been presented today and more people would agree now more so than when it was originally announced.The bottom line is.I am glad our soldiers are home but there is real trouble with our country….

As with all my videos, use good headphones to listen. I had a ton of requests for this one so here it is. It has very tricky timing but it is really fun to play. This is the best song to listen to when you are sitting at the beach (or anywhere else) and watching the sun go down, It’s a song about enjoying the little things in life most of us take for granted. It is really a lot of fun to play and I can see why David has kept this in his live shows for so many years. I stayed up until past 4:00 am for three nights in a row learning to play it! Great song!
