If you are going to see this show but haven’t been yet, don’t watch this video until you get back. I refused to look at anything before I went and am so glad I did…quite unbelievably brilliant! By far the most amazing, moving, emotional, thought-provoking and technically perfect show I have ever seen. I had waited 30 years to see this and it was far better than I imagined. Waters has re-vamped and modernised this incredible album perfectly to fit in with what is happening in the world today. Just as relevant now as it was back when it was written…which shows we have learned nothing! The 02 was amazing. We didn’t queue for anything…getting in, toilets, beer…all very well organised right down to the guys and gals walking around like “Ghostbusters” with beer kegs on their backs ready to “fill you up”!!! I cannot wait for the Blu Ray to come out and will pre-order as soon as it does. This could be the last time this album tours so I am really glad I made the effort to go. If it is still playing and tickets are available…just go! Back to the O2 next week for Rush……

Later on in Pink Floyd’s career, Tuning time and Atom Heart Mother became one full song, Titled Atom Heart Mother, But you probably already know that.
