Playing along with the end part of Pink Floyd’s Poles Apart, since Dave is my all time favorite!…

A cover I did of Pink Floyd’s “Poles Apart”, from their 1994 album “The Division Bell.” I find the song (like several others on the album) speaks to me on a personal level, so I felt I wanted to do a cover of it. I didn’t focus on singing my ass off, I just wanted it to sound natural and emotive. Other than the background “Did you know?” clips this was recorded in one take, with half a take prior as a mic check which wasn’t used. Oh, and as I usually do nowadays, the instrumental was made entirely by ear using virtual instruments. Hope you enjoy this rendition. I do not own nor claim to own the rights to the song….
