This is another unique performance of an excellent track off Ummagumma. The Narrow Way, written by David Gilmour. The track in its entirety has never been played live by the Floyd (except for Part 3, that has been played live on the Man and the Journey suite…)… |

“Reaction In G”, sometimes referred to (erroneously) as “Stoned Alone”, is a song performed by the Barrett-era Pink Floyd in 1967. The song itself was performed as a cynical response to audiences and promoters pressuring Pink Floyd to play their hit singles (such as Arnold Layne and See Emily Play), rather than the long, free-form jams they preferred at the time. Despite the title, the piece was actually performed in the key of E…. |

Music dedicated to memory of Richard Wright (1943 – 2008), Pink Floyd keyboardist This is music for Rick Wright, of course for his listeners, if you like this music, and for all (and for myself). This is completely amateur. I hope this music will help preserve the memory of Rick, because I think that both his music in our memory and a music recorded by us with the inspiration of his style and sound will guarantee that the music of Rick and Pink Floyd will last a very long time. Now I know that anyone can compose music. So I encourage you to record music. “28.07.2011″ is my third musical project, music was created in the period from 16-05-2011 to 07-07-2011 and from 14-07-2011 to 24-07-2011. Project “28.07.2011″ is designed for Wright’s birth anniversary. At the beginning I wanted to write something on the anniversary of the death, but changed my mind. So I invented a hypothetical situation, because I needed inspiration to write music, a hypothetical situation Rick’s presence in memory, and … memory as a man who is no longer among us (some people would say that the spirit or the soul in another world) 08 – “ALL (W)RIGHT” pt:3 – All right, all for Wright, etc, not important, it is the manipulation of words. The three parts of “All (W)right” created at the beginning, I wanted to try to do a more progressive music, this music has no hidden messages. Thank You for listening. “28.07.2011″ 01 – No Shadow In The Morning 02 – Birthday pt:1 03 – All (W)right pt:1 04 – A Momentary …… |
