Welcome to the Machine performed by “Hey You” a Pink Floyd tribute band from Buffalo,NY. recorded LIVE! by myself Bruce Markwardt at the Palace Theatre in Lockport,NY. On 9/26/2009. This is a partial video, only about 3 minutes long. Enjoy!… |

Unfortunately a lot of my vids of this gig are too big, will try to sort em out and get em on here soon! An amazing gig, certainly not done justice by my videos. Roger Waters – the genius behind Pink Floyd’s most creative period – performed an outstanding set of mostly Floyd songs, including the whole of The Dark Side of the Moon…. |

Pinknoise plays Pink Floyd’s In The Flesh? live @ Wolfsberg 01-05-2010… |

A weird artificial music project that uses simulated dial tones to make catchy tunes. The video is meant to be trippy but, I worry it may be a danger to people with epilepsy. Please watch with the light turned up and the volume low! This is my most technically precise and refined composition to date. In the future our songs will be more conventional. Think Pink Floyd meets The Beatles…. |

Roger Waters – Vocals, classical guitar, bass guitar David Gilmour – Electric guitar Richard Wright – Piano, organ Nick Mason – Drums. Written and sung by Roger Waters. Lyrics: If I were a swan, I’d be gone. If I were a train, I’d be late. And if I were a good man, I’d talk with you More often than I do. If I were to sleep, I could dream. If I were afraid, I could hide. If I go insane, please don’t put Your wires in my brain. If I were the moon, I’d be cool. If I were a book, I would bend for you. If I were a good man, I’d understand The spaces between friends. If I were alone, I would cry. And if I were with you, I’d be home and dry. And if I go insane, And they lock me away, Will you still let me join in the game? If I were a swan, I’d be gone. If I were a train, I’d be late again. If I were a good man, I’d talk with you More often than I do…. |

In my rear view mirror the sun is going down Sinking behind bridges in the road And I think of all the good things That we have left undone And I suffer premonitions Confirm suspicions Of the holocaust to come. The Rusty wire that holds the cork That keeps the anger in Gives way And suddenly it’s day again. The sun is in the east Even though the day is done. Two suns in the sunset Hmmmmmmmmmm Could be the human race is run. Like the moment when the brakes lock And you slide towards the big truck “Oh no!” “[scream] Daddy, Daddy!” You stretch the frozen moments with your fear. And you’ll never hear their voices And you’ll never see their faces You have no recourse to the law anymore. And as the windshield melts My tears evaporate Leaving only charcoal to defend. Finally I understand the feelings of the few. Ashes and diamonds Foe and friend We were all equal in the end. “…and now the weather. Tomorrow will be cloudy with scattered showers spreading from the east … with an expected high of 4000 degrees Celsius”… |
